Gentle, grounding sequences meet soulful beats and heart-opening stories, guiding you to soften, release, and reconnect with your center.

With MC YOGI’s signature blend of wisdom and playfulness, expect an experience that is restorative yet inspiring—part practice, part prayer, part celebration of being alive. This class is open to all levels, inviting you to breathe deeper, move with ease, and leave feeling renewed from the inside out.
