1) Greets and meets fellowship: 7:00-10:00 PM, First session fellowship meeting:

At the hotel meeting room

October 20, 2026, All day at the Guidestone office, located at 5005 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy #2200, Dallas, TX 75244

Breakfast at the hotel

2) 9:00-12 PM, Morning with Guidestone Financial, what pastors and church leaders should know about finance, pastor retirement, life insurance, savings plan, etc.

# 12:00-1:00 PM: Special Lunch provided by Guidestone Finance Group

3) Afternoon session:

# 1:00-2:00 PM: Touring the Guidestone finance office and greeting people

# 2:00-5:00 PM: MBCUSA leadership things

# 5:00-7:00 PM rest and dinner sponsored by MBCUSA

4) 7:00-10 PM: MBCUSA leadership

5) 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM, Touring Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SBC)

From SWBTS, we will have a professor/staff briefing us about the Seminary, campus tour

We are planning a 2-hour lecture on selected topics in the morning.

1 hour campus tour, and 2 hours pastoral nourishment.

Note: the leadership team will finalize the retreat plan, games and play, lecture, teamwork, and pastoral workshop.

After 1:00 PM, back home
