Come as you are! Yoga for all bodies, all levels, for friends & families, and a fun, easy space for mamas to do yoga with their kiddos. Hopefully the weather will collaborate with us. Meet at the Entrance Gazebo of the Hatchery at The Spearfish City Park, and we can pick a spot to stretch. Bring a mat or blanket to stretch on, a cushion, and anything else you want/need to be comfy. Let's spread the word so we can do this once a month and have a chance to socialize for ourselves & kiddos.
