Maya Kally is a genre-free singer-songwriter, composer, and multi-instrumentalist with jazz, indie and experimental influences. Her distinct style encompasses political injustice, Lust through heartbreak, and topics less spoken about within society. Born in North London and a Leeds College of Music alumni, Maya's music has taken inspiration from living in cities and finding serenity in such a fast-paced environment. Maya has worked with supporting artists including multi-award-winning pianist Bill Laurance and award-winning musicians Matthew Bourne as well as performing at Manchester Jazz Festival, Wigan Jazz Festival, Cloudspotting Festival, Leeds Jazz Festival, Roundhouse, Ronnie Scott's, The Old Blue Last and many more.
