In this immersive gathering, Kari will begin with a brief presentation exploring the Maya significance of the ceremonial day, along with the fascinating history of cacao and the therapeutic qualities of its active compound, theobromine—known for its gentle, uplifting, heart-opening effects.

Each participant will receive a cup of warm, pure Guatemalan highland cacao, along with insight into their personal Maya astrology sign—offering a meaningful and individualized touch to the experience.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation accompanied by eco-trance music, designed to help you connect inward, open the heart, and access a sense of calm presence and clarity.

We’ll close with a short, optional group discussion, giving you a chance to reflect, share, and integrate your experience in a supportive space.
