This time constraint is vital to encourage different voices and subject matters, thus creating a varied listening experience for the audience. And there will be a break, where we will pass around the hat for donations. The suggested donation is two pounds per person. If you can’t donate we understand, it is not mandatory.
Women of Words is an event series and platform for women writers, set up in 2016 as a response to what was then a male dominated scene. The stage is reserved for women, but men are and have always been, welcome in the audience.
