From the moment we are born, we begin collecting labels. We build identities around our careers, our family roles, our past traumas, our successes, and our beliefs. These stories help us navigate the physical world, but over time, we often forget that we are the awareness behind the story, not the story itself.
For our May gathering, we are diving into the layers of identity and asking a profound question: Who are you without your story?
✨ What we will explore together:
-> The purpose of the ego and how to observe it without judgment.
-> The labels we cling to the tightest and how they limit our spiritual expansion.
-> A guided inquiry practice to peel back the layers of identity and connect with the pure awareness that remains.
