MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU: the broock run club's LONG TRAINING RUN

Are you a runner or walker training for a spring 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon? Join us for our LONG (FULLY SUPPORTED & FREE) group run where you have the option to run 3 Miles, 9 Miles or 18 Miles.

Runners AND walkers will follow a MARKED and MAPPED route through Royal Oak & Huntington Woods to run 3 Miles, 9 Miles or 18 Miles.

There will be on-route aid stations with hydration & fuel PLUS a post-run "party" with refreshments, food AND PRIZES.

Meet us outside of the Real Estate One / Max Broock Realtors Royal Oak Office (26236 Woodward Ave.) for athlete check-in beginning at 7:30 am. The run will begin promptly at 8:00am. Free parking is available in the office parking lot and on nearby side streets.

Below are the links to the route with elevation profile. For the 18 mile run (NOTE: mileage is approximate!) we will do a 3 mile loop, 6 mile loop, 3 mile loop and 6 mile loop. The 9 mile run will do one 3 mile loop and then one 6 mile loop. The 3 mile run will simply do a 3 mile loop

The aid stations are passed frequently and there are bathrooms available at the office.
