You’ll be guided in a fully immersive meditation that uses sound frequency to bring you calm, reduce anxiety, work through mental blocks, and in some cases relieve tension and discomfort in the body. Within the session, you will hear a series of instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, rainsticks and more. It’s an experience like none-other. Take time to unplug and nurture your mind and body.
