He has taken courses with Pace Morby to learn about sub to deals. He also has experience with an AirBNB rental that has amazing views of the Illinois River. Jarod even ended up working for Mike and Brad to help them build and manage the maintenance department for their property management company. He finished a successful flip this year, has a mid-term rental in Peoria that is seller financed and is partners on a 4 unit in Elmwood too. Early this year he stopped working his day job with Mike and Brad so that he could further spread his wings. Then he took a trip to Belize with some investor friends and he just got back from a trip to Bali where he learned how to surf. There will be so many lessons to learn from Jarod's journey so far! He is currently working on a 39 unit complex up in Quad Cities with some partners.
We will still allow plenty of time for networking at the beginning and the end of the meetup. Remember our mission: We want to help investors get started. We want to help connect people to find deals. We want to teach people about creative financing. We want to help everyone win big with real estate investing. We will plan to meet on the second Tuesday of every month.
Lunch will be served during the meeting and you will pay Warehouse on State directly.
