Personal Accountability – It’s About Choice

With today’s speed of change and the constant need to do more with less, it’s easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed in your job. If you work hard to keep your commitments, but something just gets in the way, then this workshop can help you hit the mark with your results. In this session, you’ll learn a new way of seeing and demonstrating personal accountability, so you can consistently deliver the desired results – even under challenging circumstances. And as an added bonus, you can use the workshop concepts and tips in your personal life as well!

In this session, participants will:

• Identify their commitments

• Clarify commitment so everyone knows who’s doing what, when, and why

• List actions needed to deliver results

• Discuss ways to renegotiate assignments and priorities through joint problem solving
