In this session, you’ll learn a new way of seeing and demonstrating personal accountability, so you can consistently deliver the desired results – even under challenging circumstances. In this session, participants will:
• Identify their commitments
• Clarify commitment so everyone knows who’s doing what, when, and why
• List actions needed to deliver results
• Discuss ways to renegotiate assignments and priorities through joint problem solving
