About this Event

May Flowers Meditation & Soundbath:

A calming meditation and soundbath experience inspired by the colourful bloom of May flowers sending a burst of vibrant spring energy. Refresh, reset, and reconnect as soothing sounds wash over you.

Giselle will guide you through a gentle visual journey in meditation to infuse soothing healing energy during this experience. A soundbath will be followed after the meditation. Crystal will also be used as a therapeutic tool for relaxation.
