Join us for yoga & sound healing, sauna & cold bath at the new Allas Sea Pool yoga studio. Co-hosted by Katie & Irina in English. We’ll open with an awakening all levels yoga class with Katie followed by gong sound bath deep relaxation with Irina in the gorgeous indoor studio with sea views. All mats and props provided. Close out the afternoon with an all access Allas Sea Pool pass to the saunas, heated outdoor pools and cold Baltic sea pool to explore at your leisure. The perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate after Vappu!
