Sound can be make-or-break for any film, yet is often misunderstood. For the May Filmmakers Mixer, Alex Haralson will talk about holistic sound design: thinking through the entire process during pre-production, and making a plan to achieve polished sound both on set and in post.
Alex Haralson is a location sound mixer and post sound designer based in Knoxville, TN. He has worked in sound since 1996, and has credits with networks and platforms including HGTV, Food Network, Discovery Channel, Hallmark Channel, History Channel, and Netflix, including credits in several feature-length and short film projects.
