May Doula Circle
This Doula Circle is a sacred space for reconnecting with your soul voice.
Together we will explore what it means to feel confident in your voice and helping your clients expressing themselves— whether that’s advocating for their body, their birth choices, their boundaries, or simply being heard without shrinking.
We will close with a restorative sound bath by @lori_nielsen_rodabough, designed to integrate the experience, calm the nervous system, and help you fully embody the voice you’ve reclaimed.
This is not about performing, “getting it right”, or sounding good; it’s about remembering that your voice and that no one has a voice like your’s!
