Join us this May Day as we rally and march for stronger worker protections in New York State!We will gather at Downing Park in Newburgh at 12:00 PM and march to key locations—including the Newburgh City Court, the Department of Labor at Orange County Community College, and back to Downing Park—to call for stronger enforcement of labor laws and greater protections for workers across the state.
As workers continue to face wage theft, unsafe conditions, and labor violations, we are urging the New York State Senate and Assembly, as well as the Department of Labor, to take bold action. Workers are the backbone of our communities, and they deserve fair wages, safe workplaces, and real accountability for labor law enforcement.
Let’s stand together to ensure that worker protections remain a top priority in New York State.
