Our May class will focus on a Cleveland Original, the Polish Boy Sandwich. This sandwich is an unusual combination of grilled Kielbasa on a hoagie roll, topped with coleslaw, french fries and BBQ sauce. It may sound crazy, but its CRAZY good! And crazy messy lol. During the class we will be making fresh coleslaw and dressing, our own BBQ sauce, home-made french fries and grilling Piekutowski sausage and a Polish cucumber salad. We will also try to add in a Polish appetizer and/or dessert (tbd).This class is $50/person and space is limited. Sign up instore, over the phone or online today. Don't worry, we'll have plenty of napkins for the mess.
