This is a free, casual event for moms and women in our community to prioritize their well-being and build real-life connections
--Meet Up: We gather at local coffee shops to check in, lace up, and warm up.
--Move: We take off for a 45-minute session on a paved, stroller-friendly route. Run, walk, or anything in between—this is your time to move at your own pace.
--Mingle: We head back to the coffee shop to refuel, sit down, and actually finish a conversation (and maybe even a hot cup of coffee).
Who It’s For
--Moms: Bring the kids in the stroller or come solo for some "me time."
--Women in the Community: You don’t have to be a mom to join—if you’re looking for a supportive group and a morning walk, you’re invited!
--All Fitness Levels: From runners to slow-strollers, nobody gets left behind.
