Learn how to make traditional Rainbow Cookies! You will learn to make your almond paste and all the steps to create these little beauties.May 8th 12 pm (AFTERNOON CLASS)Rainbow Cookie Class
This is a great recipe to have and use all the time.
Everyone will be learning:
*How to scale the recipe
*Proper Mixing
*Divide the batter
*Coloring the Base Batter
*How to use and off set spatula
*Baking/Timing/Flipping the layers
*Filling the layers, Finishing the layers with Chocolate Ganache and Coating Chocolate.
*How to cut them, properly
They are filled with a Raspberry Filling. These little beauties are full of flavor and so pretty. We will split up the Cookies to bring home and share.
