On May 3rd @ 6:30pm under the light of the Full Moon Weekend, Synergy Center invites you into a one-hour immersive sound bath designed to help you reset, release tension, and recalibrate.

This is not your average “lay on the floor and hope for the best” experience. This is intentional, elevated nervous-system care for people who live full lives, carry real responsibility, and know that performance requires restoration. The Full Moon is part of a predictable lunar cycle that subtly influences tides, light exposure, and circadian rhythms, and just as the moon’s gravity moves oceans, shifts in lunar illumination can affect melatonin, sleep-wake cycles, and alertness. In this guided sound immersion, crystal bowls, gongs, and harmonic frequencies help the brain transition from fast beta waves into slower alpha and theta states, moving the body out of sympathetic “fight or flight” mode and into parasympathetic regulation, slowing heart rate, deepening breath, clearing the mind, and supporting emotional clarity and deep physiological restoration. This is for those who value their energy as much as their time.
