Who It’s For:The month's Moms Night Out is a Heart-Centered Experience for especially for working single moms.
For you to take a gentle pause this Mother’s Day to reconnect with yourself through a nourishing blend of creativity, reflection, and relaxation.
A sacred space to refill your cup, reconnect with self, and return home feeling restored, fulfilled, and open-hearted.
Date & Time: Tues. May 12th 6-8PM

Reservations Required:
Sisterhood members attend Free ($80 value)
Non-members: $50 ($80 value - we're cost-sharing with you as our gift to honor you for Mother's Day).
Reservation fee is non-refundable and covers dinner, workshop, and supplies.
What to Expect:
Light Meal & Connection: Begin the evening by sharing a light meal and meaningful conversation with other moms.
Tea Ceremony & Guided Writing: Settle into a cozy circle for a grounding tea ceremony followed by a guided creative writing practice. You’ll be invited to explore your inner voice through a self-love letter—honoring your care, growth, resilience, and presence.
Restorative Sound Bath: Conclude the experience with a deeply soothing sound bath using therapeutic instruments that calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite deep rest.

Mother’s Day Sound Bath + Creative Writing Workshop
Join us for this unique and creative, heart-centered experience designed to honor the relationship you have with yourself. Motherhood can shift the way we see and speak to ourselves, as so much care and attention moves outward. This experience creates a gentle pause to return inward and allow your own words to meet you with love.
The gathering opens with a light meal for nourishment and sisterhood before we move inward.
We then shift in to relax in circle with an opening tea ceremony and guided creative writing practice, offering space to put into words what is often felt but rarely acknowledged. Your care. Your growth. Your resilience. Your presence. Through this process, you are invited to reconnect with yourself through a self-love letter, rediscover your gifts, and remember what makes you uniquely you.
After writing, you will be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath with therapeutic instruments designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release tension. This closing portion allows the body to fully relax and the mind to let go, so you can honor and remember the vibrant woman within!
Come in your comfy clothes, prepared for being seated on the floor - ready to connect with others and yourself.
Our Facilitator: Kailin Bouse
Kailin’s mission is to inspire individuals to reclaim a deep sense of safety, comfort, and confidence in their own bodies, sparking a transformative journey towards self-acceptance and personal empowerment.
She is a 500-Hour Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and owner of Kailin of Earth Wellness Studio in Clarks Summit, PA. Kailin offers workshops, classes, and services designed to reverse the symptoms of chronic stress, rebalance the nervous system, and reconnect you with your innate passion, purpose, and resilience.
