Midday Mahj: Learn, Laugh, & Play

Join us for Midday Mahjong learning and fun!
Gather your friends at The Corner and Meeting House of Wake Forest for an event filled with laughter, learning, and community.

We’ll have Mahjong for all levels, sweet treats, and drinks for you to enjoy while you play. It’s the perfect way to for you to learn mahjong (No Night Owls Required).

Beginner Lesson – $45
Never played Mahjong before? No problem at all. Our teachers will walk you through everything step-by-step. We’ll provide all the materials you need to get started.

Assisted Play – $25
Still have questions as you’re learning the game? Assisted Play is perfect for players who are building confidence with the NMJL card and want guidance along the way. Whether you’re unsure what to pass in the Charleston, need help spotting patterns, or just want a teacher nearby, we’ll have experienced players ready to support you as you play.

Open Play – $15
Open tables for experienced players who just want to come, play, and enjoy the night.

✨ We provide mats, tiles, racks, and snacks—just bring your NMJL Card and a friend or two!
