Info: Understand why you’ve been stuck or procrastinating without shame and begin to see your patterns through a compassionate, grounded lens. This session helps you regulate your mindset and energy before setting goals, so you’re not pushing from exhaustion or pressure. Then journal and share within a safe a supportive circle

Non-Linear Movement Method®️
Info: Following the cognitive and emotional insights of the opening session, this powerful yet subtle session centres the body. Through the Non-linear Movement Method we begin to commune with our bodies, connecting to its innate genius we will release tension and emotion. This practice can help you to identify and dissolve stuck patterns creating more nervous system regulation, greater attunement to what is happening in your body and more space to create what you want for your life. The practice is freeing, intuitive and non-performative. You cannot get this wrong and it will lead you to more clarity, capacity and embodiment before moving into visioning.

Info: Not another “dream big” exercise, but a grounded, creative and embodied vision session for 2026. With your nervous system more regulated and your body more open, we focus on your future you and how you want to feel, live and move through your days - alongside your dreams and goals. This approach helps your vision feel safe, supportive and genuinely achievable, rather than overwhelming or unrealistic.
