Maxime Zecchini and Théo Bross- Voyage à Bord L'Orient Express
About this Event
As a scheduled passenger train, the Orient Express is history. Yet you can still follow in its footsteps today—whether on real trains, on your own sofa, or in the Maison Française. Spies and men of letters, film stars and kings—all once traveled on what was perhaps Europe’s most legendary night train. The Orient Express was more than just a means of transport; it was a symbol of adventure, elegance, and the golden age of travel. Even at its height it fired the imagination and inspired dreams of a better life. That is all the more true today, when it exists only in memory—or as a museum train for sinfully expensive rail cruises. During the three-day-and-night journey from Paris to Istanbul, the train crossed the most beautiful landscapes of Central and Southeastern Europe and stopped in cities with gifted composers and music of every hue. Climb aboard and experience, together with Maxime Zecchini and Theo Bross, a good hour full of varied music from half of Europe.
