About this Event
We’ll bring together the latest product updates, practical platform insights and expert perspectives on the challenges facing contact centres today.
We’ll kick things off at 10:00am with a welcome from Ben Booth, CEO of MaxContact, before our product team takes you through the latest updates and ways to get more from your setup, including reporting and analytics, contact strategies, workflows, triggers and CRM-led approaches.
We’ll also be unveiling Auto QA at Scale, giving you a first look at what’s coming next.
Alongside our product sessions, you’ll hear from external industry experts on the issues shaping the contact centre landscape and have the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with fellow MaxContact customers.

Then it’s time to continue the conversation at Chotto Matte, where we’ll be joined by fellow customers and the MaxContact team for food, drinks and Manchester skyline views. We’ll be there until around 8:00pm.
