Led by Paula Shreve, Max Meditation™ weaves relaxation, breath awareness, and visualization into a simple yet powerful meditation practice. You’ll be gently led through each stage—quieting the mind, releasing stress, and dropping into deeper states of stillness.
All levels of meditators are welcome, whether this is your first time or part of your regular practice. Chairs will be provided for comfort so you can sit back and fully relax into the experience.
This is a weekly event for Wednesdays in SEP.
