MARILYN MATRIX
is a Melbourne-based DJ with deep roots in the performing arts and underground club culture. Raised in a highly creative household and trained as a dancer and singer, she developed an instinctive understanding of rhythm and musical storytelling from an early age.
After years immersed in Berlin’s club and rave scene, Marilyn refined a sophisticated and fearless sound that draws from 90s and early-2000s rave culture. Her sets blend hypnotic techno, garage, acid, house, minimal, hardgroove, and trance into driving, groove-led journeys designed to surprise and move the dancefloor.
She has supported leading international artists including Victor Ruiz, Oliver Huntemann, SLAM, Juliet Fox, Wehbba, Kolombo, Steve Bug, and Hannah Laing, and regularly performs at Melbourne’s most respected venues.
