Event Summary
MAX Stories Over Supper is a rare opportunity to meet senior leaders in a warm, intimate environment built around relaxed conversations and exceptional Pacific Rim cuisine. We are honoured to welcome:

A stellar lineup coupled with a stellar five‑course culinary journey inspired by Southeast Asian flavours. The evening will take place at Wok & Co, a true hidden gem bringing the experience and energy of the Pacific Rim to Calgary. The owner has reserved the entire space exclusively for this dinner, and will be preparing a specially curated five course menu featuring the best of Pan-Asian cuisine. The meal is crafted specifically for this night and reflects the best of their kitchen.
- Course One brings a trio of bold bites — gochujang‑glazed Korean cauliflower tempura, crisp vegetable spring rolls, and wok‑fried edamame dusted with togarashi.
- Course Two offers a fragrant lemongrass tomato soup layered with Thai aromatics, basil oil, and coconut milk.
- Course Three features two standout dishes: chicken dumplings bathed in massaman curry and chili crisp, alongside lamb kabab finished with tzatziki and tamarind chili caramel.
- Course Four invites you to choose your main — Prawn Red Thai Curry, Brisket Massaman Curry, or Nasi Lemak fried rice.
- Course Five closes the evening with a silky mocha crème brûlée.
The dinner is intentionally limited to approximately 30 participants, creating an opportunity for attendees to engage closely with our featured guests, ask questions, hear personal stories, and build relationships in a relaxed setting. Space is limited, so we encourage early registration to secure your spot.
