Mavela x Nicole Hensch Yoga: Candlelit Community Class

Welcome to our very first Mavela Community Class!

Enjoy a 60-minute beginner-friendly Slow Flow Yoga class led by Nicole Hensch Yoga, E-RYT & Mavela ambassador.

At Mavela, we know the hardest part of any wellness journey is taking the first step. That’s why we’re making it easy — and free — for you to take that step.

Join us all through 2025 for Mavela Community Classes, where we partner with individuals and organizations to create inclusive and supportive spaces for you to move. These classes are completely free and designed for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone looking for a new way to prioritize your wellbeing.

As part of our mission to inspire happier, healthier lives, we’re offering an added incentive: attendees will be entered to win a $100 Mavela gift card given at the end of class! It’s our way of encouraging you to show up, take that first step, and keep moving forward on your wellness journey. Because we believe in celebrating the journey, not the destination.

Our community classes are about more than just movement — they’re about breaking down barriers and creating connection, community, while making wellness accessible to all. It’s up to you to lead a healthier, happier life. We’re just here to provide you the tools to make changes, one move at a time.

• Please bring your own Yoga mat & any props you may like to use for class (optional but always welcome!) Don't own a Yoga mat yet? We will have a few to borrow.

• Class will be held at Proton Studio on the main level of 401 Hall St SW. You'll be sent parking info/directions before our event. Parking is free.
• If you sign up for class, please honor your registration even though class is free. Class will be full and there will likely be a waitlist of folks who would love to take your place. If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know with at least 24 hours notice so we can release your ticket.
