Join us for a nourishing and relaxing evening as we gather in loving community at Sais Collective’s beautiful sanctuary space to receive through Breath + Sound Bath Journey!

Breathwork and Sound are two powerfully beneficial modalities especially when used in combination to help release tension, soothe the body system while bringing a sense of calm, balance and overall well-being to mind, body and spirit. And ultimately allowing an opportunity for us to connect to our true essence within.

For the first half of the gathering, Trina will lead us all into a beautiful gentle circular breathwork experience followed by a full soothing Sound Bath Journey with Emily, using her orchestration of loving instrument frequencies including crystal and alchemy bowls, gongs, chimes, etc.

Our nourishing evening of breath plus sound is here for you to receive all that you are calling in at this time. As we also send our love and support to our Dear Maui brothers and sisters.

This event is open to all and no prior experience needed. Come as you are and allow your breath and the loving sound vibrations to guide you towards inner peace and balance within.
