A Matter of Balance is a FREE national program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults.
It consists of one 2 hour class per week for 8 weeks. This is a completely FREE program offered by HonorHealth in conjunction with AT Still University.
Participants are expected to attend all 8 Friday sessions.
