Matte Blue is a new creative collaboration between vocalist Grace Blackford and drummer Jeremy McCabe. Combining their jazz training with their experience in Cleveland’s thriving singer-songwriter community, Grace and Jeremy come together to craft a patient, introspective sound influenced by indie folk, art rock, and the spacious textures of spiritual jazz and the ECM catalog. In their debut performance, they will present a mix of original music and covers of some of their favorite songs.
