Participants will be encouraged to find a comfortable position and allow the soundwaves, rhythms and melodies to guide them inward, and to breathe into and unlock tightness and emotional blockages. The journey can be used to communicate with inner guidance and to feel our interconnectedness to each other, to the planet, and to the Beyond. If movement calls to you, you will be welcome to find a space for that expression. Matt will be using the awesome sound tools he's most known for, which include the Hangs (the inspiration that led to Handpans), The Waves, The Electronic Valve Instrument and a looping device.
