MF Martial Arts is hosting a free launch class at Oaken Grove Community Centre on Thursday, September 12th. There will be two sessions: 4:45-5:30pm for ages 3-6 and 5:30-6:30pm for ages 7+, juniors, adults, and families. The award-winning program aims to improve children's confidence, resilience, and behavior, and is also a comprehensive self-defense and exercise program. Parents can join the action with their children in the junior, adult, and family class.
