Matrix Contacts w/ Amy Davis

In class we will cover all the details that can be added on the contact record. We will gain an understanding viewing their activity on One Home™, The Planner, Property Fit details and Recent Portal Activity information. We will filter auto emails and have the opportunity to check in with contacts who haven’t gone to their portal in three months.
We cover the importance of disabling old auto-emails if the client has closed and learn how to make contacts inactive. And then how to re-activate when they become a return client!
