Maths Ball 2022

Dinner tickets are £60 for members or £69 for non-members and include:

- Arrival glass of prosecco

- 3 course meal including tea and coffee

- Half bottle of wine per person

- Free cloakroom at the Balmoral

- Entertainment and dancing after the meal

- Free entry to afterparty (at Lulu's)

After dinner tickets for £20 include:

- Free cloakroom at the Balmoral

- Entertainment and dancing after the meal

- Free entry to afterparty (at Lulu's)

If you purchase a dinner ticket you do not need to purchase an after dinner ticket.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS:

It is free to book your ticket but you must do one of the following 3 things by 3 days from your order placement in order to keep your place:

1) Transfer the correct amount of money (£60 dinner members, £69 dinner non member, £20 after dinner only) to the MathSoc bank account, details below:

It is very important that you make the reference of the payment your student number so we can validate that you have paid.

2) We know that £60 is a lot to fork out in one go and quite spontaneously and we don't want this to impact anyone's ability to attend so if it makes things easier for you, please send us £10 to secure your spot and follow this up with an email ([email protected]) specifying when you will pay the full amount by. The bank details are shown above and please make the reference of the payment your student number so we can validate that you have paid.

3) If you are someone with an international bank account who is unable to transfer the money to our account, please email ([email protected]) us by to arrange a cash drop off. We will arrange this with you to suit you so please just ask.

Failure to do one of these 3 things will mean your ticket goes back online for someone to take instead.

Once you have paid we are unable to issue refunds so if you can no longer attend it will be your responsibility to sell your ticket to someone else. It is vital you tell us who the new attendee is in case they have any allergies or dietary requirements. Covid procedures for the event will be outlined in due course along with the government guidelines but as it stands that would mean taking a lateral flow test within 24hrs of the event and a vaccine passport is required for entry to the club. Failure to meet the requirements can result in entry being refused and no refund given.
