Maternal Wellness Circle Group

Welcome to the Maternal Wellness Circle Group! Join us for a nurturing and supportive gathering where African-American birthing individuals can connect, share experiences, and prioritize self-care. You will participate in a raw cooking experience with chef Roxy, and create a vision board or Photo collage (bring photos of you and your baby ).
Our circle provides a safe space to discuss the joys and challenges of motherhood. Come relax, unwind, and build community with other moms. No judgment here, just compassion and understanding. Let's uplift each other on this beautiful journey of motherhood. We can't wait to see you there!
