Maternal Mental Health CEU Workshop

Join us for a deep dive into maternal mental health at our CEU workshop — let’s break the stigma and support each other!

Join us for a meaningful and informative session dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of new, expecting, and young mothers.

On December 5, 2025, from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, we’ll explore the realities of maternal mental health, break down stigma, and share practical tools that professionals, caregivers, and community members can use to better support families.

This workshop will be held in person, with a virtual attendance option available for those unable to join onsite.

This event is free and open to the public.
