Matcha workshop 101

In this class, you'll learn how to prepare matcha at home with confidence, simplicity, and intention.
Led by Dai from @thematchamix, this session focuses on approachable techniques and practical tips, which is be perfect for beginners or anyone looking to elevate their daily matcha ritual.
At the workshop you will learn:
• How to properly whisk matcha using a bamboo chasen
• Understanding water temperature and balance
• Creating smooth, well-balanced usucha (thin tea), and turn into matcha latte (hot and iced).
• Simple ways to enjoy matcha with Japanese snacks. Each guest will receive a bamboo chasen (matcha whisk) to take home and continue their matcha journey.
•A small group, guided experience with only 8 seats available!
