In this class, we’ll journey through the world of matcha—from its rich history and cultivation to the production process and its many health benefits. You’ll learn how to choose high-quality matcha, the best storage practices, and how to care for essential matcha utensils.

You’ll have the chance to whisk and savor your own bowl of matcha, paired with a Japanese dry sweet. Whether for daily enjoyment or a special ritual, this workshop provides a warm introduction to the elegance and depth of matcha.
