Mānawatia a Matariki! This is an event for all the Whānau!
Join us at the Pt Chev Community Centre and Learning @ the Point Kindergarten for our annual Matariki @ Pt Chev celebration evening, including a performance by St Francis school Kapa Haka group, fish & chip food truck, music, lights and a walk-in craft workshop with the ReCreators where you can make your own spiral Matariki mobile.
From 5-8pm the ReCreators are running a wooden feather making workshop using thin off-cuts of wood to make a beautiful wooden feather wall hanging (please note, due to H&S this is an adult-only workshop, taking place upstairs at the community centre. Places are limited and booking is required - please email [email protected])
