Come join us for an exciting event where we will be showcasing the traditional art of matanza. This workshop will demonstrate the butchering and roasting of a whole lamb. Learn about the process, techniques, and cultural significance behind this age-old tradition. The lamb will cook overnight so join us again the day after to taste the results. With the lamb, we'll also be roasting pork. The workshop will take place throughout the afternoon and participants can come and go as needed. Buy tickets online or with cash at the door.
