Mat Pilates - Winter/Spring 2024

Class meets Tuesdays 9:15 - 10:15 am. You must reserve a place for every date you would like to attend, reservation link is closed 30 minutes before class start. Adults should reserve their place in class online before attending to ensure studio space.

This free reservation does not constitute payment. Adult class cost: $16/class or pre-purchase 5 classes for $75 ($15/class). Class cards available from teacher at class time.

This Pilates mat class is a full body low impact class focusing on core strength and muscular balance. The class will follow the basic mat format started by Joseph Pilates while incorporating exercises to help bring awareness to breathing and alignment. Please bring your own mat and a small towel.
