Join Us! For a Pilates Wellness Weekend Retreat, at The Himalayan Institute, in The Poconos. For Mat Pilates lovers who would like to sharpen their practice or newbies who will learn the fundamentals of the practice.

The Himalayan Yoga Institute: Is located on a sprawling 400 acre campus of breathtaking views, scenic trails and peaceful spaces for reflection and contemplation. H.I . is also home to the Moka Origins Factory, a handcrafted chocolate and coffee cafe.

Retreat Amenities: All meals included: enjoy Vegetarian cuisine for Breakfast lunch and dinner, served in the dining hall (We will have off-campus group dining options on Saturday for those who would like to join!), S’mores by the bonfire at Sunset Pond (Friday), Big Girl Pajama Party (Saturday eve) and a rejuvenating Sunday Morning Guided Hike and Yoga Class before departure.
