You’re invited to join us for a weekend all about Pilates! Our Mat Pilates Teacher Training (Level 1) course will prepare you to support your clients safely and intentionally in both group settings and individualized sessions.
Students can expect to learn:
•Foundations of Pilates
•How to safely and successfully modify exercises to serve a variety of Pilates clients
•You will gain experience through observing classes, and teaching practicums.
Course Dates & Times:
Saturday May 11th 8am-5pm (1hr lunch)
&
Sunday May 12th 8am-5pm (1hr lunch)
Students will also have homework and practicums to complete for a total of 18 hours training.
This training will be led by Constance Willis, ERYT500hr, and certified Peake Pilates Instructor. Constance has been sharing her wisdom and teachings in Pulaski since 2012 when she opened The Yoga and Wellness Education Centre. Constance is passionate about educating other Yoga and Pilates teachers to safely and confidently support their clients too!
Cost for Training:
One time payment $575
Two payments of $288
Or
Three payments of $192
Students who complete all 18 hours of training, homework, and practicums will receive a Level one Mat Pilates certification from the Yoga and Wellness Education Centre.
