Stretch, lengthen and strengthen your muscles while being surrounded by beautiful plants, flowers and fresh air at the lovely Blumen Gardens. This 1 hour mat Pilates class is for all levels and will work your powerhouse "core" while actively stretching your muscles. Traditional Pilates exercises and principles will be applied. Modifications will also be given when needed.- Cost is $10 per participant

- Due to limited space there will be no refunds for no shows
- Participants are to bring their own mat and water bottle
- In the event of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled with a possible rescheduled rain date. Please check your email and social media for any updates
- Each participant will be entered into a drawing for a free 1 hour Health Coaching session with Fitkix Coaching. A $50 value!
