Join us in Larkin Square for a free community mat Pilates class led by lululemon Ambassador and Buff & Flo co-owner Cat Henry. Located just steps from Buff & Flo's newest Larkinville studio, this all-levels class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with intention. Whether it's your first Pilates class or part of your weekly routine, everyone is welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled before class begins. We can't wait to move with you!
