Join Rachel for an energizing, donation-based, outdoor Mat Pilates class in the atrium. This low-impact class focuses on core strengthening and toning for long, lean muscles. You'll incorporate principles of precision, flow, balance, and stamina while firing up your glutes and abs. All donations will support the Sugar Bloom Foundation, providing orchids for patients undergoing chemotherapy. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong and refreshed!
*This class will be held outdoors on the second floor of the Atrium Building (3055 Cardinal Drive). Weather permitting. Students must bring their own mat. No props will be available to use; a beach towel is suggested to provide extra cushioning between mat and the cement floor.*
