Have you booked into the new Mat Pilates class yet? Mondays 7.30pm!Great reasons to book in - you have low back pain, sit for long periods of time maybe for work, joint stiffness or mobility, want to enjoy some gentle but effective exercise.
Mat Pilates is a method of exercise that is slow controlled movement focusing on strengthening your core, improving flexibility and joint health whilst supporting mental well being. Whether you are a total beginner or have done Pilates before, these classes will give you the confidence to move your body and feel better.
You are welcome to attend these classes if you have an injury or suffer with low back pain. Focusing on restoring full range of motion in your joints whilst building overall strength and confidence.
Trial class is £5 & then £12 or £10 thereafter depending on single class booking or commitment to monthly class block bookings.
